🔒 Closed Can't connect to smart bro pocket wi-fi despite using the correct password.

So here's how it goes; I changed my pocket wifi password in the "You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now." link. Pagkatpos nun, pinundot ko yung "Forget Network" sa Laptop at Tab ko para maka log-in ako ulet. But after that, ayaw na niya mag relog ulit, puro "Security Key Mismatch" ang lumalabas. I tried using the "My Smart" website to change my wifi's password, but still, wala parin.

Pinasok ko sa isang tab ang Smart sim at gumagana naman siya, ang problem lang is that hindi ako nakaka access sa "You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now." na site gamit ang tab ko. I turned on the tab's HotSpot at pinaconnect ko yung ibang devices ko at yown gumagana nman siya (nasa hotspot ako habang pinopost ko to.)

So, ito yung specifics:

- Can't log into pocket wifi with correct password.
- Replaced password using "My Smart" website, but, still no signs of connecting.
- Works perfectly fine using Data if SIM is inserted into a device.
- New password works when logging into "My Smart" using Data

I think ang Pocket Wi-Fi na mismo ang may problem because the SIM works perfectly fine. Pero, wala akong alam sa mga ganito so, HELP! HELP! HELP!

-Kung ang gamit mong data ay yung sa device handset which is tablet's wifi, malamang di mo talaga maaaccess yang dashboard ng pocketwifi mo.
