Patulong po sa note 5 ko..bigla na lang ayaw na nung touch screen q nagffb lang ako...pero yung stick nya still working po,ano po kaya easy way na puwede ko siya mapagana ulet ...salamat po sa sasagot

Hard Reset.
Note:
Need at least 60% battery life and back-up your data on SD card.

Turn-off phone.
Press Volume down(-) key and power button simultaneously.
Select Factory Reset by pressing either volume down/up button to select and press power button to confirm.
Select "Wipe cache and data" by pressing either volume down/up button to select and selcet "yes" by pressing power button to confirm.
Then Reboot your phone.
