Pano ba ma open yung gcash account ko na lock kasi dahil sa maling MPIN nailagay ko dahil nakalimutan ko na yung MPIN kaya kung anu ano na lang nilagay kong MPIN ayun na lock. Di ko rin magamit yung forgot MPIN dahil walang recovery account nailagay ko dun

The best way is to call the hotline (2882) Follow these steps:



Step 1: Open your dialer and enter 2882

Step 2: Press 1 for English and 2 for Taglish

Step 3: Press 1 for Gcash

Step 4: Press 2 for Reset Your Pin

Step 5: Wait for the representative to answer your call
