I don't think there were date of inauguration already stated. The only thing we are assured as of now is that Mindanao Islamic Telephone Co., Inc. (Mislatel) is officially the third telco by winning over "Sear Telecom" and "Philippine Telegraph and Telephone Corp. (PT&T)" on the bidding held last November. The company promised of speed of up to 55 megabits per second (Mbps).
