🔒 Closed Help for install e configuring l2tp

I'm looking for someone to install on ubuntu server 16.04 l2tp to use with my Huawei 4g model B525s-23a modem
Installing the various public scripts in the forum, I can only connect it if the modem already has an active connection, as soon as I restart the modem it will not connect anymore.
So I'm looking for someone to install l2tp using the bug to avoid consuming gigabytes
