🔒 Closed Help me plss tungkol sa android phone ko.

I have an Android phone. Several months ago, I ordered a product from a company, and when the product shipped, they sent me a text. I read it and then deleted it as usual, but then I received the same text message again, and again, and again. I contacted the company and asked them to stop sending me the old message, but they said they only sent it once, and never again. It's become apparent that my phone is sending me that same message over and over again, like a broken record, as if the message somehow got stuck in the MMS system. Every time I delete it, a while later I receive it again. Is this a virus, that is causing this? It's never happened with any other message, just this one. Can this be fixed somehow?

nag search na po ako pero wala kong nahanapna magandang sulosyon.. plss sana may tumulong..

note2:

1. wala po akong pera pampalit ng cp.
2. di po pweding i hard reset kac walang backup tool (computer,usb,ect)
3. repost ko to same problem pero walang sumagot kac d ata nila maintindihan yung problema ko dahil kagulo ng kwento kaya nung nakita ko yung article mas naiintindihan.

---sa globe at tm yung text kahit na smart at globe nalang ang nasa cp ko.
---tanggalin ko man ang globe sim ko, narerecive ko parin kahit smart ang sim na natira.
---always kong narerecive tuwing mag on ang android phone ko.
---kahit wala ang load ganun at ganun may recive padin.
---always delete and delete .over and over again pag mag on ang cp ko from power off.
---nakakainis na kac ang ingay pag bubuksan dahil sa notif.

Baka bug na sa messaging app yan? Try mo idisable o uninstall yang messaging app tas install ka ng bago. Baka gumana.
