Pwede ring makinig ng old songs, which i found effective hahaha
oo mas effective kung mga soothing sounds yung madidinig mo di tulog maaga .:)
kasi ako backfire yung kape maslalo akong makakatulog pa uminom ako then
alcoh*l naman kahit gaano ka tindi wa effect, pagkabukas walang hangover hays grabe manhid nang katawan ko
 
Healthy lifestyle in terms of food, exercise, routines etc, and iwas distractions lalo na gadgets:)
Tsaka mag-ano ka para másáráp tulog:)
 
Every day 3am na ko nakakatulog. Madalas half day na ko sa trabaho. Nakakakatulog lang ako. After talaga pagurin ako ng partner ko. Sarap ng tulog ko. Yung pagpikit mo. Tulog ka na.
