1 week pqlang akong nagbubuhat ano mga tips nyo? Sa mga nagbubuhat Lang talagang ah hahaha. Gusto ko Sana Yung cuts Lang pwede ba Yun?
 
Kung mataba ka at gusto mo magka-cuts try mo 30mins cardio after weigthlifting, kung payat ka naman at nagpapa-cuts i suggest na magtake ka ng supplements tapos puro weightlifting lang wag ka masyado mag-cardio

payat ako pro weightlifting ginagawa ko kaya lang wala pang supplements
