check LTT youtube channel. meron sila na ginagamit na liquid metal. I believe that is the best thermal paste available. pero kung hindi naman best ang hanap mo, ok din yung arctic silver. subok na brand yan.

Ok din Cooler Master. Nung bumili ako sa PC E×ρréšš, P350 lang price. Normally, umaabot ng 80 CPU temp ko (overclocked). After applying Cooler Master, nasa 60 to 70 na lang.
