the researchers plan to use arduino, ano naman po maganda pang sms notification GSM module ba or SMS API.

Kung kaya nyo naman mag GSM Module mas mabuti, pero kung short time usage lang i would like to suggest
iTXTmo (ρáíd although my trial) same as textLocal.. If you want easy configuration and free use smsgateway, downside lang nya is dependent sya sa android phone mo and sim card mo..
