❓ Help Pldt home fibr

Please help..
Unfortunately, we cant connect to our pldt home fibr. The LOS is blinking red and landline also isnt working. Diko alam kung kailangan ba gumagana landline para maka connect? but i doubt. We already purchased a new optic fiber cable kasi nginatngat ng pusa yung luma, pero i noticed yung gray na cable from the phone to the router may ngatngat din..

Ate, pwede po bang malaman mac address at default password ng pldt fibr ninyo? Kasi gusto ko pong aralin kung pano nila nagawa yung mga bagong fibr password ngayon na di na gagana ang old method conversion. Please po. Para makaconnect din po ako sa kapitbahay namin. Kasi dati nakaconnect ako sa kanila pero nag upgrade yata sila from dsl to fbr kaya napalitan na po lahat pati password. Kailangan na kailangan ko po ng wifi.
