I'm 56 kilos as of the moment and I'm struggling to lose weight. Babae po ako and I visit gym about 4-5 days a week. 30mins sa cardio and konting weights. iniisip ko pong magtry uminom ng whey protein kaso hindi ko alam kung anong magandang bilhin. Tsaka effectibe po ba talaga? Natatakot kasi ako na ibles pumayat e lalo akong manaba. Hahaha
 
maam yung pang muscle na whey ako payat ako dati pero nag whey ako yung pang gain ng weight effective yan basta masunod yung kailangang gawin during take tsaka samahan mona rin ng exercise or gym ok yan
