PHEmployee of Local government of davao engage in drug trade in their local residence in tugbok davao city.
A member of City Transport and Traffic management Office (CTTMO),and was former drug watchlist w/c he was undergone to seminar via Oplan tuktok hangyo by PDEA.The suspect was apprehened last night 5 of november evening on drug buy-bust operation at Brgy.Tugbok proper, Davao City. PS9 Tugbok Police Station named Eugene Gil Espinosa Labor, 37 yrs old resident of the same area. on the buybust ops the police acted as buyer and upon transaction took place immidiately arrest the suspect, the following was recovered on the suspect possesion:
A. 2 sachets of suspected shabu
B. cellular phone use in trasaction
C. marked money used during transaction
A source from cityhall said that they were aware tha he was under drug watch list but he was given favor by his imdiate supperiors due to he have undergone the PDEA seminar and surrender to Oplan totuk tokhang,he also have change his residence from matina to tugbok propert and the people in CTTMO siad that he change already but the PS9 informant in the area knew that there are unknown people passby and get drug sachets in his residence the said station has inquested the suspect they filed a case R.A 9165 Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 . legality of the said ops. vested via " act of fraglante delicto" and all procedures followed. the named suspect above still in the coustody of the same station waiting for court order
