🔒 Closed xenforo: config forum sections permission

Hi to all members,

Good day!

I just wanna drop a few questions on how to configure the settings on each forums like the announcements section of this site. Normal users are not allowed to post or create a thread not unless he/she was given a permission by the admin to so.
Hoping for some experienced users to reply on this thread.
