option 1 (zip file)
from wp dashboard:
scroll to APPEARANCE
select THEMES
upload themes
browse your theme
select and upload
then activate

option 2 (csv file)
from wp dashboard:
scroll to themes settings
select import
select the theme
upload
activate and your done
