pagpraktisan mo muna ang blogger paps. tsaka ka magtransfer sa wordpress pag alam mo na ung basics.
Ano ba gusto mo e.achieve paps? For beginners po pwede ka sa w3schools.com at of course youtube.com 
My simple advice is to learn the basics of HTML/CSS and JavaScript Then once medyo okay kana try to explore the basic of PHP kasi medyo may pag ka similar sila sa JavaScript which is based sa C language
