Okay. Sana walang problema na magcrowd source ako ng opinions ng mga tao dito. Ever since, problema ko na talaga to. Kahit anong kain ko, wala talaga. Di rin kaya ng tiyan ko ang sobrang dami. Baka may alam kayo jan. Tulong naman hehe.
 
  • Take higher calories than you need and enough protein a day.
  • Excercise.
  • Enough sleep at least 7 hrs.
  • And the important one is the DISCIPLINE.
 
Gawa ka ng protein shake, banana, milk, peanut tapos choice mo nalang kung gusto mo ng ice. Ganyan ginagawa ko in order ma reach ko ung enough calories and protein na kailangan for a day. Kaso hindi ko nagagawa regularly,so kailangan talaga consistent.
