1. download adb install pc and drivers ng device

2. open command window (shift+righ click) sa loob ng adb platform tools

3. enable usb debugging from device then connect to pc

4. type from command window (cmd)

adb devices (hit enter key)
adb reboot bootloader (hit enter key)
fastboot oem unlock (hit enter key)

follow instruction on screen using volume keys

check if successful, type the following

fastboot oem device-info (hit enter key)

if bootloader is unlocked then type

fastboot reboot (hit enter key)
