Minimum 2 cups of rice per meal per day. Amusal/meryenda/midnightsnack.. Kanin na rin.. Pinakamabisa yung tutong.. Mas denser sa lugaw. Kala mo kunti lang nakain mo, marami na pala.
Lakas nyan makataba..
Wag din maniwala na nakakapayat ang ss.. Kailangan ng katawan ang exercise.
 
pag sawaan mo na yang pagiging payat kasi pag nagka edad ka na, ang itatanong mo naman sa sarili mo paano pa ko papayat...
