Step by Step.

1. please download this link

2. extract the format tool by prince mark
3. run Ufix.exe as run administrative. if already run .
4. connect ur USB/SD card. wait mo lang .
5. go to now Ufix.exe na ni run mo.
click lift side . to check ur usb as letter E:/, D:/ or etc..
and then after click the drive letter ur USB/SD card ᴡɪᴛʜ ᴄᴀʀᴅ ʀᴇᴀᴅᴇʀ/ in the right side click "RECOVER".
6. wait until success.. if success na siya.. wag mo unplugged ur USB.. So automatic na siya na..
7. go to now my computer check ur USB if already format.. now try to format again ur USB ..
8. if successful. congratz ur USB/SD card is already done..

Take Note: if you FAT32/NTS/eXAT Etc pili ka dian ng kung ano gusto mo bago mo iformat ulit ung USB mo..
