200 push up per day, may mag babago kaya after 30 days hahaha
 
Meron yan repa, basta tama positioning mo at sheer determination. Mas ok yan samahan mo rin ng planking, running atbp body-weight exercises tipid ka na sa gym hawak mo pa oras mo. Goodluck!
