The elements of intel team in the PDEA personnel conducted joint buy bust operation Prk 9, Catitipan, Davao City near the Flying V gasoline station in coordination with Buhangin Police PS which arrested QUERUBIN CRIS JOHN COYNO FERIDO male, 30 yrs old, single, PNP trainee batch 2017 under RPHAO and from Mangkilam, Tagum City. On 14 of sept.,11:45 am after the agent who posted as buyer w/c isdeliberately and intentionally selling an elongated plastic sachet of suspected shabu php 3,000,00 to PO1 Antigra who posed as poseur buyer.
Likewise recovered from his possession the following items:
A)1 unit Xrm motorcycle with plate no. 1775 LB
B) 2 pcs samsung cellphone
C) 1pc 1000 peso bills
D) 800 pesos in different denomination (possession of the suspect) and PNP ID.
Estimated street value of subject îllégâl drugs worth 3000 pesos by these moment he is in the coustody of PS3 talomo the said station will file a appropriate case to said respodent RA 9165, and also in IAS in the violation of RA 8551.
