Self adjustment mangyayari kasi sira na yung body clock mo. Sa una, hindi agad effective. Mag-alarm ka ng 7am lagi. Kahit na 4 or 5 am ka natulog. After that wag ka na matutulog. Bumangon ka na. Next na tulog mo nun after lunch na pero 15-30min lang. Power nap lang. Kasi pag natulog ka mahaba, talagang hindi ka aantukin sa gabi. Then, try to drink warm milk without sugar before going to sleep.
For diet, bawas or eliminate ka ng sugar/glucose intake 3 hours before going to sleep.
