Mag tea (tsaa) ka 1hr bago matulog. try Chamomille tea. Iwasan mo stimulants like coffee and spicy foods. Also, dont forget to take prescribed Vitamin C to boost your immune system.
 
I read this method na ginagamit ng military para makatulog agad.
Lie straight with your arms beside you and clear you thoughts, tapos imagine na you're either in a kayak sa ocean or under a tree. It works in 90% daw of those who tried, parang hynopsis in a way :)

sunugin na natin mga cellphones..
balik tayo sa old days na dinadaan sa sulat ang mga messages..and ang tawa lumalabas sa bibig..hindi tinatype..("hehehe")
