and doing drug dealing bussines secretly and going in and out of davao city the the intel operative w/c been posted as tamby and buyer suspected shabu worth of P1,000 upon transaction take place police and PDEA agent rushed and arrested the him
following are confiscated on his possestion:
A. 69 sachets of suspected shabu
w/c street value of P170.000.
B. P1000 Marked money by the operative.
As of these moment he is still in police coustody and just these morning the agents of PDEA and PS2 were inquested the case R.A 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
