I'm planning to develope a system which is SSG Voting System.
Now nalilito ako kung ano ba dapat ang pag gawa nito Online (through web host lang) or LAN network lang (Voting Kiosk)or Mobile Application (android).

Enlight nyo naman po ako pano po higpitan ang security ng system, iniisip ko na ang only possible unique sa each student is their school id number.

And dapat po ba mag register ang voter before the elections?

Using PHP po pala. Anong framework po maiisusuggest nyo po , pag aaralan ko pa po eh at sana yung madali lang aralin.

Ang sakin po kasi baka po mag palya yung web host ? Kasi from what I have heard from the others they're always having an issue sa pag deploy ng system through web host lalo na sa database/datas.
Dahil, baka di naman kailangan registration , baka pwede ko mahingi master's list ng mga student's and their IDnumber and for that kailangan lang i enter ng student(voter) and IDnumber nya at auto na yung recognizing ng name at course nya.

Nasanay lang po kasi ako sa native PHP lang, never tried any webhosting pa pero na iintindihan ko kung paano sya gawin.
