You asks if theres Activater that doesn't have virus like KMS Activater? here it is
Step 1
Download WinRAR, its required.., Activater too.

Open the activater/extract
Step 3
Just tap the activate button

Step 4
Restart your Computer to countinue the process
Step 5
Open SetupComplete.batch


Now your Computer/WIndows is activated!



You can check your Computer if its activated now or not by just Control Panel > System and Security > System
NOTE
If the SetupComplete.batch doesn't activate your Windows or the system doesn't show the Windows is activated just repeat the process thank you..
PS
Its a must to restart your Computer and run the SetupComplete to activate your Windows

Guys wala yang virus tested konato eto nga ngayon ginamit ko pang activate ng dinownload kona Windows 8.1 pro iso
