My company is looking for Junior Developers who are willing to be relocated to Japan.

Company Overview:

Based in Japan with main office located in Tottori-shi.
Office locations: Osaka and Tokyo. We are a start-up company in the Philippines and we are planning to expand our reach.

Our company believes that Filipino engineers have the edge when it comes to Global competency.

Job Description:
- Junior Software Developer who can be trained and handle multiple projects
- Adapt to the latest technological trends
- Delivers quality solutions
- Improve our relationship with Japanese clients

Qualifications:
- minimum of 3 years professional experience
- good communication skills (Japanese proficiency is a big plus)
- proficient in any of the following languages: Java, .Net, PHP, C#, C++
- committed to work
- willing to be deployed in Japan (minimum of 1 year)
- team player
- loyalty
- adaptability
- all the good qualities (IMPORTANT!)

What did i miss?
 
hiring period... hanggang kailan open yung position?
hanggang ma-fill ang vacancies.
One note though, hiring process is very excruciating.

- Series of interviews and exams.
- Japanese boss will ask you to go to the office for a couple of times
- Rinse, repeat

We have a company in PH. All interviews, exams, screenings will be done in Makati office. Successful candidates will have a status of "Intra company Transfer". We are not a recruitment agency.

Hi.

There's a short Nihonggo training. For technical training, the sad answer is no. The expect you to be will equipped and self sustained.

Hiring process can go from 1 month. Once hired, visa process could take another 30-90 days (COE application takes that much time).

Send your resume; we will assess it and will drop you a call for initial screening.
