kua try mo to ..START-control panel-program-turn windows futures on or off- hanapin mo telnet client at server check mo po at apply ok.... next step.. start- type mo po service then click.. hanapin ang telnet click.. set mo ng automatic then apply.. para sure restart mo na dn ung compter mo pede dn hindi... sana makatulong lumalabas ang port 23 error kapag mali ang set mo ng S/N at Mac.. kaya nag connection to host lost. port 23 lost..
