🔒 Closed Google payment method

Guys sino po nakaexperience ng "your account is risky. Please try again in 30 minutes." kapag nagseset ng payment method gamit ang Globe Telecom Billing or Smart Billing (sim-based).
Any solution kung pano nyu nafix? D kasi ako makapagtop-up sa ROS e.
i also try paymaya pero ibang issue na naman naeencounter ko e..

Try to uninstall and install the app. It might be outdated, Gmail and google checkout is a little bit strict when it comes to security.

Format your phone. Already experienced that before and it solved the problem.
