ugaliin lagi umiinom ng tubig pag ka gising mas okay yung malamig para lalo magising yung katawan tao niyo.

bakit marumi ba bituka mo? pwede naman mainit o malamig dipende sa mood ng iinom :)

Sinabi ko bang madumi? Sabi ko nakakalinis, sa tingin mo sa dami ng klase ng kinakain mo, hnd naaapektuhan ang bituka mo? Pero kung may healthy lifestyle ka edi good for you. Mg research ka muna, don't act like an arrogant that knows everything.
