🔒 Closed Kakao talk problem

I dont know where to post this so I'll just put it here.

Has anyone here tried creating and using a new account sa Kakaotalk? Di ko kasi alam bakit di ako makajoin ng open chatroom or group chat. If anyone knows please tell me. I always got a pop up saying this.

"You cant join open chatrooms at this time in accordance with our operation policy"

Please help me. I did try creating another account, same problem. Cant join chatrooms and cant be unregister to kakaotalk.
