Follow the steps below to flash Lenovo Vibe Z K910 with SP flash tool:

Make sure you have, flash recovery image ready for your device model
Download & install SPFLASHTOOL.exe
Click Scatter Loading (Load Scatter file of Lenovo Vibe Z K910)
Uncheck all boxes
Click Recovery box from list ( (load recovery image of Lenovo Vibe Z K910)
Recovery box is checked, in recovery image location (make sure to uncheck all other boxes)
Turn off Lenovo Vibe Z K910 and connect it with PC
Click download button on top
If it ask click “yes”
Congrats! You have successfully flashed Lenovo Vibe Z K910 Android device
