Kain ka madaming pili nuts hehe joke lang repa, proper diet/consult dietician/nutritionist, multivitamins, enough sleep, workout na hiyang or fit sayo.
 
Una mong tingnan ang mindset mo.. Determination and discpline.. Eat more then go to gym.. Take supplement for muscle.. Ewan ko na lang..
 
Tips ko sayo ts kung ano lang nasayo tangapin muna ang importante walang kang sakit at masulog katawan mo...may mga tao talaga ganyan malakas kumain pero payat parin yung iba kunti lang kina kain tumaba naman ang iba mataba gustong pumayat yung payat gustong tumaba...at tips ko yung pag tatake ng supplement for muscle daming side effect po yan pag dating mo ng 30 years old up...
 
Kain ka 5x a day 3heavy meals 2 light meals

base sa nabasa ko eto yung mga Healthy na Pampataba
Lean meat, banana, peanuts, dried fruits, Peanut Butter, bread :)
