Open command prompt and use the command

Find /n "email" filepath\file.txt <-- this will search the document you want.
Find /n "email" filepath\*.txt <-- this should search all documents in the folder.
b. linux
grep "email" bla.txt

and let it run, might take a while depending on the size of the leak.
