Ey guys! I just want to share this trick, sana makatulong. So ayon nga, this is only for rooted android device. If you don't know what root is, pag-aralan muna then balik dito haha.Game let's start.
The best tong tutorial na to sa mga android na 3G lang o H/H+ lang. Speaking of, ito ang ilan sa mga facts about sa 3G network.
FACTYOU: 3G stands for 'third generation.'
FACTYOUTWO: 3G telecommunication networks services can provide an information transfer rate of atleast 2Mbit/s. Kaya ung mga nagbebenta ng VPN na umaabot daw sa 69GB/s yung speed, wala kang maloloko dito hahaha. But yes, sa pagdaan ng taon nagupgrade ito at nagkaroon ng variants which is the 3.5G and 3.75G.
FACTYOUKA: 1G systems were first introduced in 1981, later on naging 2G. The first 3G networks were introduced in 1998, habang si 4G, nung 2008 lang.

• Download Root Explorer.
• Open RootExplorer, Grant root and go to the "etc" directory.
• Find the "sysclt.conf".
• May cases na wala, kaya gawa ka nalang ng file na ganon.
• Long press mo yung "sysclt conf" then click "Open in text editor.
• Copy and paste the following:
net.ipv4.tcp_ecn=0
net.ipv4.tcp=1
net.ipv4.route.flash=1
net.ipv4.tcp.sack=1
net.ipv4.tcp.fack=1
net.ipv4.tcp_window_scaling=1
net.ipv4.tcp_timestamps=1l
net.ipv4.tcp_no_metrics_save=1
• Pag okay na, click save! Sa mga gumawa ng "sysclt.conf" na folder, change permission mo, long press and click "Change permissions" change to "RWRR"
• Turn off your Android. Tanggalin ang battery, then balik ulit. Tapos open na at damhin ang pagbabago ng ating bansa dejok haha! So ayon, sana nakatulong ako kahit papano sa inyo. 100% working to, pero depende parin sa network mo kung nagloloko, kung di mo madama, tapon mo na hahaha!
