The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) has released a new guideline requiring all Filipino Seafarers to register online
on their e-Services Portal at You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
Registration to the E-POEA Service Portal is one-time. Upon successful registration, you will be issued a Worker’s Information Sheet
(WIS) bearing your Eregistration number, among other information. The Worker’s Information Sheet must be uploaded to CTRAC before your
POEA contract can generated in RCLCrewTravel.

Requirements
1) A working personal email account
2) A valid Philippine Passport
3) Applicant is at least 18 years old
Quick Guide to accomplish your registration

2) Click "Sign up here", then register. POEA will send a confirmation to your email address.
3) Open your email account, then click the POEA link to confirm your registration. If you can't find the link, check your spam or trash.
4) Login to You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
5) Click "Create/Update Profile Now"
6) Complete the 6 sections, then save. It will not save your entry if it is not complete.
6.1) for "No Middle name" type NMN
6.2) type N/A for required fields (in red and with *) instead of leaving it blank
After you have successfully registered
1. Print your Worker’s Information Sheet bearing the ERegistration number.
2. Upload the Worker’s Information Sheet and enter your ERegistration number in CTRAC
3. Wait until the WIS is approved
Reminder:
Section 1 - Choose the appropriate job preference according to your type of application. Otherwise you will not be considered. For
Seabased applicant/worker, Select Seabased in the class preference then select Agency Hire. Your ERegistration accounts will be put to
dormant status if there is no trace of login after 6 months
