Kahit ibahin mo bosing ang pangalan like VPN2, VPN3...ayaw pa rin?
Be sure din na you installed SE with admin rights and run it in admin mode.

...then try creating your virtual network adapter sa GUI.
2. Kung sa kamalasan pa rin ay ayaw, mag-aral kang mag-create ng virtual network adapter using vpncmd utility with NicCreate option. Be sure naka-admin mode din sa commandline. Yung simple commands and guide ay nandito.
