Is it just me or ginawa ng globe na 3 days na lang valid ang load balance? Naexpire yung load ko (load ko pa yun nung March) nung May 2 so nagload ako ng 10. Nagtataka ako simula kaninang hapon di na ako maka-connect (exactly 3 days after ko magload) yun pala wala na akong balance. Nagload ako pero di pa rin gumana. Saktong 12:01 AM lang ulit ako naka-connect. Tapos nung nagbalance ulit ako nakalagay valid lang ang load ko hanngang May 8. Are they cooking something?

dba may bagong patakaran ang NTC about load validity?
