Got it from Google. Hope this helps.

To remove or fix Smadav Blacklist error, just follow the procedure below:

1. Exit your SMADAV first.
2. Open Regedit. Press CTRL + R to open run command, then type "regedit " (without the quotes).
3. Once Regedit was opened, navigate HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Notepad .
4. Look for these following keys(REG_DWORD type) and delete them : IfPitchAndFamily, lfPitchΔndFamily, lfPitchΔndFamily2 and lfPitchΔndFamily3.
5. Done! You can now open your SMADAV and see the changes, and obviously you’re back at FREE version again.
