you might first want to check the signal strength of the sim currently inserted on your phone. if medyo mahina, then i guess you might wanna compare it to another network. kung ano mas malakas na signal, yun ang pipiliin ko.

as for the offer, hindi naman nagkakalayo. it all depends on your budget and usage.

Deoende sa kung anong network ang malakas sa area niyo. Kung Smart better choose smart and vice-versa. Also sa mga promos na available sa both telco kung saan ka mas makakatipid at magagamit ng maayos ang promo. Depende din kung mahilig ka sa browsing lang or both gaming
