🔒 Closed Mp 287 failed to enter service mode.

pa-help naman po , hindi ko po mailagay sa service mode ung mp 287 ko, pagkatapos ko pong i-press ung stop/reset button ng six times naka ilaw lang po ung alarm nya. ginawa ko na po ung steps na

1. Turn off the printer
2. After the printer OFF, press and hold the STOP button
3. Press and hold the Power button
4. Release the STOP button ( Don't release the Power button )
5. Press the STOP button 6 times
6. Release the Power button and stop button simultaneously
7. The display will show black display
