Very healthy dish:
1. Cook ampalaya with garlic, onions, tomatoes and oil.
2. Add salt and a little water.
3. No meat added.

Nakatutulong ang ampalaya at gulay sa high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke at heart attack. Gamot at solusyon ito sa mga sakit. Ang bawal ay ang TABA ng baboy, at baka. May tableta pa nga ng Ampalaya na pang-gamot sa Diabetes.
