• Download Root Explorer.
• Open RootExplorer, Grant root and go to the "etc" directory.
• Find the "sysclt.conf".
• May cases na wala, kaya gawa ka nalang ng file na ganun.
• Long press mo yung "sysclt conf" then click "Open in text editor.
• Copy and paste the following:

• Pag okay na, click save! Sa mga gumawa ng "sysclt.conf" na file, change permission mo, long press mo yung mismong file and click "Change permissions" then change to "RWRR"

• Turn off your Android. Tanggalin ang battery, then balik ulit. Tapos open na and that's it! 100% working to, pero depende parin sa network mo kung nagloloko, kung di mo madama, itapon mo na hahaha!
