❓ Help Am i blocked???

So kanina bumili ako ng sim. At may nakita akong ehi na sabi no capping so I tested it.

So far, umabot ako hanggang 5gb after nun. Biglang nag disconnect at ayaw na mag on data ng smart. Pero sa ibang sim okay naman.

Am I blocked? If blocked nga, Hindi na ba ma uunblock?
