❓ Help Globe broadband problem need help!!!

patulong po ako dito sa broadband ko.. kahapon pa to ganito ,walang signal.. tinesting ko naman yung sim card sa ibang modem working naman, pero kapag gamit ko na itong modem na may problema ganyan yun status nya..

di ko po alam kung paano maayos ito, patulong po ako sainyo. maraming salamat po.

ok naman settings kasi ni re-install ko na yung app. then nacheck ko na din firewall. at nag troubleshoot na din ako.. but same error pa din..
