Sublime - easy to use, useful tools, has a fast way to create a tag and close it.

Notepad++ - more like raw compared sa Sublime siya depende sa use mo pero easy to use din.

Overall: Notepad++ ka muna tapos Sublime. Kasi Notepad++ sharpens you up first (para sa akin) then switch to Sublime and see the difference.
