Agree ako dito:)

Since consumers now are using their smartphones for transactions like online banking (since cashless transactions are a thing now), each one of us is inevitable to be a victim of fraud or identity theft. So, Globe has gave more precautions and implemented stricter controls to protect the data of its customers.

If you lost or damage your SIM card, Globe will offer to replace the old SIM with a new that is also assigned a new number. But, say, if you want to retain your old number, Globe will ask for the following requirements: the old SIM (if available), the SIM card bed, and G-Cash card if registered. The replacement SIM will be released after 24 hours if.

Globe will also required you to fill out CSIM request forms and CRM notes to document request. Once requested, you will undergo post-checking through Q and A to ensure compliance. There will also be a limit to allowable incorrect answers.
