🔒 Closed Samsung s3 no signal and different imei

Inayos po sa abroad pinalitan ang IMEI.Wala ng signal. Working pag wifi. Minsan charging sya minsan Hindi. How to fix po? Reprogram po kaya? Hard reset not working po. Pls help
