🔒 Closed [help] seagate expansion portable drive 2tb. problem

I dont know if tama ang section na to para sa thread na to.. paremind nlang po ako kung wrong section..

My problem is every time na iacces ko ang files ng external drive ko ay maghahang ang file manager ng laptop ko... pero nung nainsert ko phone ko naread at naplay ko pa mga videos... tinatry ko pong iformat kaso ayaw tanggapin ang filemanager ko. kahit sa disk management and cmd even tools ay maghahang everytime na try kong iformat or acces yung external drive.. sa cp ko try ko iformat kaso stuck 20% then failed tapos corrupted na sa cp.. sa pc nareread pa... natry ko naring scan kung navirus using eset nod32 v.10 wala madetect at naeeject si external.. i think navirus kasi nagstart yung problem nakapag dl ako ng mod map ng battlefield...
any help and sugestions para marevive ko pa external drive ko? almost 3 mons plang sakin to andun lahat ng intaller,movies and imporatant backups ko

Kung nababasa pa itransfer mo na mga files mo scan mo muna para sure tapos dl ka mini tool partition wizard yun gamitin mo pang format or baka sa laptop mo kasi 2tb yan naghahang lalo na sa mga netbook

try mo sa ibang computer yung external mo kung the same ang reaction pero kung ok naman external mo better na format mo na laptop or pc mo
